Employment and Labor
BG Law Foundation has a mechanism to settle the labor dispute raised in the industry. If the dispute is not settled by the alternative dispute resolution method known as mediation and reconciliation, then the parties will be advised for the legal solution of the problem. Furthermore, if the problem is not solved, the labor department, labor office of the government of Nepal, and the labor court will finalize the case in the final resort. The Foundation has a subdivision section to look after the labor issues of national or the multinational companies by its expert panel.
We supply the legal documents as drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, settlement of labor dispute at workplaces, immigration issues based on labor, employ problems and grievances, ethics and code of conduct of labor, drafting labour-related documents and case related to employer and employee.
