Writs Petition and PIL

The founding partner of BG Law Foundation has good knowledge and experience on writ petition and Public Interest Litigation (PIL) matters. We filed many cases against the executive demanding the fulfillment of people’s need and aspiration. The Supreme Court of Nepal issued an order as habeas corpus, mandamus, certiorari, quo-warranto and prohibition in different issues on wright to life, liberty, dignity, property, equality and so on. The Supreme Court of Nepal plays an active role through its writ jurisdiction.
